spacious room fantastic view
The hotel had an unbeatable location. Everything was close by. we got a spacious room with a fantastic view it really added to our stay.
i had to wait a long time for the elevators, a minor inconvenience.

I found the room service slow one evening. I waited almost an hour for a simple salad. the minibar wasn't properly stocked when i arrived. it lacked some of the basic items i expected. this was inconvenient. the elevators seemed to take a long time too. There were often waits especially during peak hours.

My stay featured a complimentary cake for early check-in. This added a lovely touch. the spacious room included a comfy bed and lovely sea views. the varied breakfast buffet made each morning a treat. the complimentary access to the observatory deck offered nice city views.
the kids club staff was not very accommodating. they didn't try to resolve the problem.

hospitable staff amazing detail convenient supermarket
The staff was hospitable! daniel, the bellhop, were great. He ensured my comfort and provided everything i needed. the hotel is beautifully designed. Attention to detail is amazing. the supermarket downstairs was very convenient. It made getting necessities easy.
The elevator wait times were occasionally long. I found this slightly inconvenient.

the gym had new equipment i found this a good addition. the pool area was nice and included a beach. i found both areas clean.
my room was smaller than i expected compared to the king beautiful rooms i saw online. the windows had not been cleaned i thought this detracted from the experience.
